You met Julee last post - she is the one that is buying books and giving them to her friends. One of her friends lives not too far from us and on Tuesday I had the privilege of meeting Marilyn. She lives on a 200 acre farm in the Skagit Valley - just south of us. Beautiful views of Mt. Baker (it was a fuzzy day so I didn't get a clear shot of the mountain, but you can bet I will soon).
Julee and I drove out to Marilyn's farm around 1 - and when the day was done we had spent almost 4 hours together - time flies when you're having fun!
Her gardens were amazing - she sent us home with bags of fresh vegetables - and flowers.

Marilyn and Julee - we had so much fun - went to lunch - visited Marilyn's house and garden and laughed most of the day. It was a special treat for me.
